6 AND 9 MONTH SERVICE STARTING DAY: Customers can start service any day of the year and will be billed on your first day of subscription.

SERVICE: Flag Fresh service will remove your existing flag(s) from your location and replace with a brand new flag. Service will be completed every 6 to 9 months (based on the specific service duration selected during signup with Flag Fresh).

CHARGES: Service plan charges are defined by the selection of the flag size and the duration of service selected.

PAYMENT/DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS: Account balances are charged to the Payment Source given at signup. 30-day overdue accounts can result in the cancelation of your service plan.

SERVICE CHANGES/NOTIFICATIONS & ACCOUNT INFORMATION: Flag Fresh is subject to adjust service hours during holidays and winter weather conditions. Notifications will be carried out to customers via email, phone, SMS, or combined efforts. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of account information on file, including but not limited to phone number, email, and service address. Flag Fresh is not responsible for missed notifications or service announcements from invalid contact information.

REPORTING: All claims (including missing/damaged items) should be reported to Flag Fresh immediately so replacement or adjustment can be made to ensure you can experience the best service possible with your flag.

CANCELATION: Service plans can be cancelled in one of the following ways: 1) Calling our office at 812-310-4258. 2) Emailing our customer service team at info@flagfresh.com.

REFUND POLICY: You are free to cancel your service plan at any time, as your purchase is pre-paying for a 6 to 9 month service. After cancellation, we will no longer charge your card on file, past charges will not be refunded. Any paid weeks/months left in the remainder of your service will not be refunded. Similar to the company Netflix, you might as well enjoy the rest of the months of service you paid for.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: All content included on the Sites such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video, data, music, and other material (collectively “Content”) is owned or licensed property of Flag Fresh, its suppliers or licensors. The Content is protected by copyright, trademark, patent or other proprietary rights. The collection, arrangement and assembly of all Content on the Sites is the exclusive property of Flag Fresh and is protected by U.S. copyright laws. Flag Fresh, its suppliers and licensors, expressly reserve all intellectual property rights in all Content.
